Not getting adequate amount of sleep can disrupt everyday life and throw you and your baby off balance. Lack of sleep can affect mood, behavior, physical, and emotional development. It can also lead to anxiety, depression, obesity and other health issues.

What does a Consultation consist of?
I conduct an evaluation of your baby's sleep habits through a sleep questionnaire and conclude what needs to be worked on. I use the knowledge from experience, science and research to help create a targeted sleep plan customized for your baby's needs. As an sleep consulting expert, I give you sleep training methods will work best for your baby's age, temperament, situation and of course take in to consideration what you are comfortable with as a parent.
My Sleep Plans include everything from bedtime routine, night wakings, nap training, day time schedule, sleep environment, and a few options of sleep training techniques that will be best suited for your family. All my packages also include follow-up support and guidance so that I can ensure you know how to respond to your child properly to yield results.

About Irene Makriplis
Irene Makriplis is a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, founder of Lullaby & Me. Irene developed a passion for helping parents with their children’s sleep over her 10 year career as a nanny. She realized that every child’s situation is different and each child responds differently to various sleep training methods. Parents sometimes become overwhelmed and when one technique doesn’t seem to be working, they give up. It’s important to understand sleep training is not a “one method fits all” solution.
Irene uses her knowledge and experience to evaluate your child’s sleep habits. She identifies their sleep issue and which sleep training method would be best suited for their age, temperament and sleep environment. She then gives a detailed plan and provides support and guidance through the sleep training process to help ensure parents are responding appropriately, following an age appropriate schedule and making any necessary tweaks along the way.
Unlike taking broad and impersonal Infant/Toddler Sleep Education courses, or reading vague sleep training books; Irene helps create a custom, targeted plan just for you and your child and works one-on-one with you to help guarantee results. Lullaby & Me also offers In-Home and Overnight Sleep Packages for families in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Connecticut. Irene earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the City University of New York and became a Pediatric Sleep Consultant all while nannying. She was featured in the Parenting section of the Washington Post in regards to her sleep training & parenting expertise, has over 100 five-star reviews from parents and is listed as one of NYC's Top 10 Baby Sleep Consultants!
