Liz McLaughlin is a Pediatric Sleep Consultant and a proud mom of two girls. Her journey into pediatric sleep began three years ago when she sought support for her own daughter’s early morning wakings from Irene. Through that experience, Liz discovered just how powerful healthy sleep can be—not only for children, but for the entire family—and it sparked a passion she’s excited to share with others.
Liz believes sleep is the foundation for a child’s development and emotional wellbeing, as well as overall family cohesion. Her approach is individualized, meeting families exactly where they are. She creates customized sleep plans that focus on age-appropriate wake windows, encouraging independent sleep, optimizing sleep environment, and offering thoughtful tools and product recommendations to support long-term success.
Liz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organization & Management Studies from Gettysburg College and completed her pediatric sleep training through the Academy of Sleep. With over 10 years of experience in Customer Success and Account Management, she thrives on building trusting relationships and helping clients reach their goals. Liz is excited to combine her professional background with her love of babies and sleep to help families feel more confident, rested, and supported!
