What is Lullaby & Me ?

Not everyone knows what schedule their baby should follow, nor do they know how to react when their little one wakes up in the middle of the night and cries to be held, rocked, or nursed back to sleep. Or when your toddler roams into your room in the middle of the night. 

Bad sleeping habits go on and on. When your child relies on you to fall asleep it can get quite exhausting! And no one is getting the required rest that's needed to function day to day. Good baby sleep is what's needed for your and your child and my sleep consulting services can help you achieve this!

The Importance of SLEEP


Restful, Uninterrupted Sleep is what babies and children need to develop properly into healthy adults. Heck, it's what you need too!

Not getting adequate amount of sleep can disrupt everyday life and throw you and your child off balance. Lack of sleep can affect mood, behavior, physical, and emotional development. It can also lead to anxiety, depression, obesity and other health issues.

There is no such thing as having a "good" sleeper or a "bad" sleeper. Every baby is capable of being a good sleeper if you just allow them the opportunity. So let me help begin sleep training and let's get your child sleeping! They deserve it and so do you!

What does a Consultation consist of?


I conduct an evaluation of your baby's sleep habits through a sleep questionnaire and conclude what needs to be worked on. I use the knowledge from experience, science and research to help create a targeted sleep plan customized for your baby's needs. As an sleep consulting expert, I give you sleep training methods will work best for your baby's age, temperament, situation and of course take in to consideration what  you are comfortable with as a parent.

My Sleep Plans include everything from bedtime routine, night wakings, nap training, day time schedule, sleep environment, and a few options of sleep training techniques that will be best suited for your family. All my packages also include follow-up support and guidance so that I can ensure you know how to respond to your child properly to yield results. I also have Overnight and Live-in Sleep Training options to help guarantee success and improvement in your child's sleep.

About Irene

While being a professional nanny for over 10 years, I have helped raise numerous children. I've had such a passion of caring for little ones and have been practicing sleep training techniques that have done wonders for family after family. Taking care of so may different babies and toddlers made me realize that every child was different and responded to different methods. It is so important to use a sleep training method that best suits your child. Being able to help parents get their children to sleep through the night brought me such joy and I saw that many families needed help.


I earned my Bachelors degree from the City University of New York and continued on to become a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant at the Institute of Pediatric Sleep & Parenting. It is accredited by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists and has provided me the knowledge to help more families get the sleep that they and their babies so desperately deserve! Being able to back up my experience with scientific research and statistics has helped make me a Baby Sleep Expert! I have been featured in the Washington Post in regards to my baby and toddler sleeping expertise as well as Coffee & Coo's Parenting Blog! I can help sleep deprived parents sleep train their babies whether it's through Email, a Phone Call, an Overnight or with any of my  Live-In Sleep Training Services.
